Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We have a sweet, energetic 3-year-old son. He has a speech delay, so were really looking for someone who can be engaged, interactive, and model communication to encourage his language development through everyday activities. He enjoys being actively engaged by doing creative activities, pretend play, reading books, and singing + dancing. He should also be supported with simple routines and life skills like cleaning up toys, putting books away, and making safe choices. Were hoping to find someone with a genuine heart for kids. Whats most important to us is finding someone whos patient, kind, and loves spending time with children.
