This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced healthcare operations professional who excels at leading multidisciplinary teams, optimizing clinical performance, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of a patient care center, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and staff development. This position requires a collaborative leader capable of balancing patient-centered care with strategic operational management while driving continuous improvement across clinical and administrative functions.Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff to foster a high-performing, patient-focused culture.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and organizational regulations and standards.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement process improvements that enhance patient satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to support exceptional clinical outcomes.
- Manage staffing plans, workforce scheduling, and productivity initiatives while maintaining quality patient care.
- Develop employee training, coaching, and professional development programs to strengthen team performance.
- Analyze operational reports, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.
- Promote a positive workplace culture emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic initiatives, organizational growth, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Physical Therapy, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare leadership or clinical operations management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
- Current state professional licensure, where applicable.
- CAPTE certification or equivalent credential required if applicable to professional discipline.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Master's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience managing outpatient rehabilitation, therapy, or ambulatory healthcare operations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing departmental budgets, productivity, and financial performance.
- Proven success implementing operational improvement initiatives.
- Stable career progression demonstrating increasing healthcare leadership responsibilities.
- Possesses at least five years of healthcare leadership or clinical operations management experience.
- Successfully leads multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams.
- Demonstrates expertise in operational management, staffing, workflow optimization, and patient-centered care.
- Understands healthcare compliance requirements and quality standards.
- Excels in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing healthcare professionals.
- Possesses outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Meets all required qualifications while demonstrating multiple preferred qualifications.
- Leadership experience within outpatient rehabilitation, therapy, or ambulatory care settings.
