Territory Manager

Location: Must be based in North Chicago, IL or Milwaukee, WI - territory covers Illinois and Wisconsin.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced medical sales professional who understands how to successfully navigate the VA system.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales throughout the VA system and Workers' Compensation network
• Call on physicians, therapists, prosthetics departments, orthopedics, podiatry, neurology, primary care, women's health, and other VA specialties
• Educate clinicians on innovative wearable medical technology
• Build relationships with key VA decision makers
• Drive consistent territory growth

Compensation

• Base Salary: $105,000-$110,000
• On-Target Earnings: Approximately $300,000+
• Uncapped commissions
• First-quarter commission guarantee while ramping the territory
• Monthly vehicle allowance (approximately $600-$800+, negotiable based on travel)

Top performers regularly earn $300,000-$500,000+, with elite performers significantly exceeding those numbers.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience selling Medical Devices into the Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare system
• Experience navigating VA purchasing and clinical relationships
