Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid
Location: Dearborn or Southgate, Michigan
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are recruiting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid opportunity supporting pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis services. This role is designed for a clinician who wants to focus on high-quality, evidence-based therapy while working within a strong clinical and administrative support structure.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy supporting children with autism.
- Partner with families around individualized client needs in a supportive, family-centered care model.
- Maintain accurate clinical reports and documentation with dedicated quality-review support.
- Work alongside scheduling, billing, administrative, and behavior technician support teams to keep the focus on clinical care.
Schedule & Work Model
This is a full-time hybrid position with scheduled work-from-home days. Flexible scheduling may include a 4/10 schedule. Occasional travel is expected.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Master's degree required.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
