Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Oversight: Monitor daily revenue and manage the cost of goods to optimize profitability.
• Key Holder: Responsible for securing the café and handling cash control.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to operations.
• Focus on Cleanliness: Ensure that hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met throughout the café.
• Production Support: Assist in food production as needed to meet customer demands.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
