Travel Purchased Referred Care Case Management RN

Pay Rate: $2,600.00 - $2,900.00 gross per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Additional Details about the position

• PPD 4-8
• Providing specialized case management and care coordination for patients with special health care needs.
• Reviewing and monitoring outpatient consultations and referrals for medical necessity, cost effectiveness, and appropriateness.
• Collaborating with PRC staff, providers, and external facilities to ensure care aligns with CMS criteria.
• Maintaining statistical data on consults, monitoring deferred referrals, and supporting PRC team continuous quality improvement.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• IHS Purchased Referred Care (PRC) case management experience is a must

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• RN

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• Any State License
