Oversee the daily reconciliation of escrow and operating bank accounts to ensure absolute accuracy.
Manage the flow of funds for real estate closings, ensuring all disbursements are handled promptly and according to contract terms.
Communicate directly with title officers, lenders, and banking partners to resolve discrepancies and clarify financial requirements.
Prepare internal financial reports that give our leadership team a clear picture of our operational health.
Review ledger entries to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and state-specific escrow regulations.
Support the month-end closing process by maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Three or more years of experience managing escrow or real estate title accounting.
Proficiency in industry-standard accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Deep understanding of reconciliation processes and bank escrow regulations.
Clear verbal and written communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
Ability to manage sensitive financial data with precision and confidentiality.
New Jersey/Florida Title Insurance accounting experience is required.
Real Rstate Background preferable
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Understanding of RE/Title process (familair with closing documents and or process)
Salary commensurate with experience.
