Industrial Maintenance Tech

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Tech to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Tech, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong mechanical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech

Location: Pelham, AL

Pay Range:  Starting at $25.00+ per hour, based on experience

Shift: 1st shift Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm

What's the Job?

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and controls
• Repair and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components as needed
• Maintain equipment reliability and support continuous plant operations

What's Needed?

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Electrical experience working with 120V, 240V, and 480V systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
