About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist stylists and colorists with client services including shampooing, conditioning, and rinsing
• Greet and check in clients, ensuring a warm and professional salon experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling stations, tools, and common areas
• Mix and apply hair color under stylist supervision
• Manage product inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle front desk duties
• Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth salon operations

Requirements:

• Passion for the beauty and hair care industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced salon environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Cosmetology school enrollment or completion is a plus
• Prior salon or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
