What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Bilingual strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Entrata preferred)
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask

What You'll Do:

• Support daily property operations
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident relations
• Help achieve occupancy and financial goals
• Manage delinquency, collections, and resident communications
• Support the Community Manager with team leadership and operations
