The ideal candidate will benefit from our generous compensation package and opportunity for rapid advancement. Position includes 90 days of paid training to develop your marketing plan and become familiar with the agency's systems. Followed by quarterly reviews to set a fixed salary based on production, with top Advisors earning $85,000/year plus bonus.

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.

Educate clients on various insurance products and tailor solutions that offer the best protection.

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a diverse client base.

Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.

Continuously seek opportunities for professional development within the insurance industry.

Active Ohio Insurance License (Required).

Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you genuinely enjoy connecting with people.

A proactive and goal-oriented approach to your work.

Comfortable working in a dedicated office environment in Strongsville, Ohio.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
