Job Description

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and compassionate Unarmed Security Guard with patience, dignity, and respect. The position requires excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to remain calm and professional when responding to incidents or emergencies.

Location: Anaheim, CA.
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour.
Full-time: Monday-Friday 8:30pm to 4:30am.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the property, entrances, exits, and common areas.
Conduct routine security patrols and identify potential safety or security concerns.
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate daily activity, incident, and security reports.
Assist elderly residents with safety concerns.
Maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the community.

Requirements:

Valid security license as required by state and local regulations.
Previous security, residential, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
Ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
Ability to stand, walk, and conduct routine property patrols as required by the position.

Compensation:

Hourly rate.
Bi-weekly pay schedule.
