Behavioral Health Therapist_3 Days/Week_No Weekends

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to develop individualized client treatment plans that align with holistic care approaches.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' psychological well-being, targeting a 20% improvement in mental health metrics within three months of treatment initiation.
  • Collaborate efficiently with healthcare providers to integrate mental health treatment with physical health care, achieving a 95% coordination rate on shared patient health plans.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions designed to enhance community support networks, with an 80% participant satisfaction rate measured post-session.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and achieving zero data breaches annually.
  • Participate in community outreach programs aimed at reducing mental health stigmatization, increasing community engagement by 25% in outreach activities.


Environment & Resources

As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will report to the Clinical Director and work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. You'll have access to a network of facilities equipped with comprehensive health care tools and resources, including electronic health record systems and support from administrative staff.


Essential Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • State licensure as an LIPC, LISCW, LICSCW, or LIMSW, with eligibility for credentialing with insurance providers.
  • At least 3 years of experience in providing therapeutic services within a community health setting.
  • Strong proficiency in developing treatment plans and documentation within electronic health record systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect with diverse community populations.
