Catering Logistics Manager 

Mr. Clark's BBQ & Catering is seeking an organize customer-focused Catering Logistics Manager to help coordinate and grow our catering operation.

This position serves as the connection between our clients, kitchen, chefs and catering team while taking ownership of the details that make each event a success. 

Key Responsiblites:

• Respond to catering inquires and prepare quotes and proposals
• Come up with systems the help streamline events and logsitcis
• Be able to communicate between the resturants Chef and Pitt Master and the Events Catering Chef.
• Communicate with Clients from initial inquiry through event completion
• Work with catering lead to ensure the leads have what they need to exacute events well
• Gather guest counts, menus , timelines, venue information and event details
• Set meetings with Executive Chef for special client menus
• Created detailed event orders and communicate information to the kitchen and service teams
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, supplies, setup, delivery and other event logistics
• Confirm final counts, timelines, special request, and client expectations
• Recruit, develop, organize and help lead a dependable catering team as the catering division grows
• Build systems that allow the catering operation to successfully handle multiple and larger events
• Help establish consistent standard for set up, service
• Identify team members who can take additional leadership and event responsibilities
• Help Establish Consistent Standards for set up, service, breakdown and overall event execution
• Follow up with clients and build long term catering relationships

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available to work: late at night
• Available to work: weekends

• 21+ years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
• Restaurant front of house skills: catering service
