Physical Therapist Outpatient position in Greenwood, South Carolina. This outpatient therapy role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients, focusing on facilitating effective return to community activities. Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable state license, minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is nice to have.
- Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients to develop, implement, and modify treatment plans aimed at patient discharge within the established length of stay. Documents patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with state, federal, and organizational policies. Participates in student programs and maintains professional licensure requirements. Adheres to performance improvement initiatives and demonstrates organizational core values and safety standards.
