Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position located in Illinois. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services across multiple clinic locations, with a focus on patient care for individuals aged 8 to 100. The position offers a split schedule between two campus sites, with potential for float within a five-mile radius, and requires adaptability and teamwork in a post-acute care setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, with shifts of 8 hours; Wilmington site: Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Coal City site: Monday from 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Wednesday from 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
- Required Qualifications: Illinois license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; minimum of 2 years of experience; flexibility; team player; accountable; adaptable.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient settings; ability to work in a team environment.
- Additional Information: The role involves treating 8-10 patients per PT at each location. No weekend or holiday shifts required. Business casual dress code. Orientation includes HR onboarding on day one, followed by 2-3 days dedicated to charting with blocks for documentation. Clinicians within 50 miles of the facility will be offered a rate reduction of $7.00 less than the base rate.
