Job Details
- Position Description: Provides physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting across eight counties, including Braxton, Gilmer, Calhoun, Nicholas, Webster, Clay, Randolph, and Pocahontas. Emphasis on general ortho, weakness, strengthening, and cardiac rehab patients.
- Certifications and Education: Current BLS certification required. Must be licensed to practice in the state of West Virginia.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist in inpatient or home health settings.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Self-scheduling is permitted, allowing flexibility in patient assignments within operational guidelines.
- Additional Information: Orientation held at the Gassaway office to familiarize with Epic documentation system tailored to clinician needs. No weekend or holiday work required.
