Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Gaithersburg. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke. Work include making food for child , playing with her , getting her ready, ironing her clothes , light house keeping as well
