Commercial & Residential HVAC Sales Representative

About the Role We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Commercial & Residential HVAC Sales Representative to help homeowners and businesses find the right heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Assess & Advise: Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Proposals & Estimates: Prepare accurate, detailed estimates and proposals for clients.
• Lead Management: Proactively follow up with leads, generate new business, and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our installation and service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Drive Revenue: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous HVAC sales experience is highly preferred (residential, commercial, or both).
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Drive: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
