Automotive Instructional Systems Designer

·         Instructional Systems Designer to design and develop technical training, including Conducts in-depth assessments, including individual and organizational performance diagnostics to identify the appropriate solutions for a performance need

·         Designs, develops, and implements learning solutions and evaluation that achieve critical business objectives

·         Specific instructional strategies

·         Conduct research using a variety of methods; work effectively with teams of SMEs and management

·         Collaborate with skilled trades SMEs to design, develop, and implement.

Skills Required:

·         Instructional Design

Skills Preferred:

·         Instructional Design, Graphic Design

Experience Required:

·         Minimum 10 years of design and development experience within a corporate setting.

·         Extensive consulting and needs assessment experience.

Experience Preferred:

·         Instructional Design virtual and graphic, written and video.

Education Required:

·         Certification Program
