Ford Service Technician

The Ford Service Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and repairing Ford vehicles to the highest standards. As an individual contributor reporting directly to the Service Manager, this position demands strong technical skills in vehicle diagnostics and repair, along with a commitment to excellent service. The technician typically works a fixed schedule and may be required to travel occasionally to meet service needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct engine repairs and brake service as needed
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform maintenance services
• Replace parts accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers and the service team

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in automotive service
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in automotive diagnostics, mechanical repair, and electrical systems
• Experience with brake systems
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
