$20/hr CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LABOR TEMP JOB - START MONDAY 8/17

Position: Assembling building products for install on jobsite.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts - START TIME: 5:45am
Start Date: Monday 8/17/26
Duration: Through November
Work Environment: Outdoor construction environment

Job Description

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to assist with assembling building products for install on jobsite. This is a hands-on outdoor position involving physical labor, construction tasks, and working in hot and sunny conditions.

Responsibilities

• Use basic hand and power tools
• Follow instructions, safety procedures, and job-site requirements
• Lift, carry, and position materials and equipment
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other general labor duties as needed

Requirements

• Must be reliable and able to work the full scheduled shift
• Must be comfortable working outside in hot weather
• Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry materials as required
• Construction or solar experience is a plus, but training may be provided
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be willing to work Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day

Monday–Thursday
10-hour shifts
Starting Monday and continuing through November
