Janitor-Porter -Commercial Facility

Industrial Facility in N Richland is seeking an "EXPERIENCED JANITOR" to give service on an industrial facility, such as; Machine Shops, Carpenter Shops, Shipping Dock, numerous mens and lady's rooms etc...

Candidate must have:

• EXPERIENCE, no exceptions.
• Must be over 18 years of age,
• Have dependable transportation
• Requires physical strength diligence and dedication
• BE ABLE to pass a PRE DRUG 6 PANEL DRUG TEST that includes MARIJUANA.

Hours:

• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM 5 days a week...

Wage:

• Starts at $22.00 per hour
• After completion of 3 months probationary service you will be evaluated; if the expectations of the job are met you will receive a $1.00 per hour raise.
• 10 paid holidays are included a year.
• Annual Vacation pay begins accruing after (1) year

This is an extremely steady job, no lay-offs here. It requires strength and stamina as the job has numerous locations to care for on a 60 acre site, a golf cart is provided for your transportation.

We are a small company of 12 people or less. I have 5 to 7 employees that have been with me in excess of 7 years because we do not suffer from a lack of work. We are located in N. Richland, it is a badged facility and there will be (3) days of class room training and orientation. Steady-Steady-Steady is our work. Hours of the available position are 6:30 AM PM to 3:00 PM Monday to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays are generally overtime pay days which are rotated between the staff. 10 or more Paid Holidays per year. RAD Services has a long history with the Framatome Fuels Laundry facility. We as well run a full time Laundry operation and employees can choose to move from one to another when an opening rises.
