LaborMax Staffing is currently recruiting dependable, hard-working candidates for multiple temp-to-hire opportunities with an established industrial painting client in the Peoria area.

These positions offer the opportunity to demonstrate your skills, reliability, and work ethic with the potential to transition to permanent employment with the client.

We are hiring for two different positions within a clean, organized industrial painting facility:

POSITION 1: LIQUID INDUSTRIAL PAINTERS

We are seeking experienced Liquid Industrial Painters who can step into an industrial paint environment and contribute from day one.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of liquid industrial painting experience
• Experience applying liquid coatings in an industrial setting
• Experience with industrial spray equipment and application techniques
• Ability to properly prepare surfaces and materials for painting
• Ability to maintain consistent quality and identify coating or finish issues
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Consistent and dependable attendance
• Reliable transportation

Please note: This is an experienced industrial painting position. Residential or basic household painting experience alone does not meet the experience requirement.

POSITION 2: PAINT LINE GENERAL LABORERS

We are also hiring dependable General Laborers to support the industrial paint line. Industrial painting experience is not required for this position.

Responsibilities may include:

• Hanging and removing parts from the paint line
• Preparing and staging materials
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Assisting with general paint-line duties
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following established safety procedures and work instructions
• Performing other general labor duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous industrial, warehouse, or paint-line experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions and workplace policies
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
• Consistent and dependable attendance
• Reliable transportation
• Must meet applicable pre-employment and client screening requirements
