Outside Sales Representative:

Location: Commerce City, CO 80022
Pay: $50-75k OTE (100% Commission and mileage)
Shift: M-F 8 to 5 (flexible)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Experience: 6 months of Sales experience required

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Our client is hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Denver metro area and north along the Front Range.  This role focuses on selling electronic products, fasteners, nuts & bolts, and related solutions within the transportation and industrial sectors.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and recommend effective product solutions.
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Spend the majority of your time in the field engaging with customers and prospects.
• Manage your territory and sales pipeline effectively.
• Partner with vendors to enhance customer offerings.
• Follow up consistently and close sales.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

• Experience in Outside, Wholesale, or Technical sales..
• Knowledge of electrical products, fasteners, or industrial supplies preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity with the Denver/Front Range market is a plus.
• Ability to quickly learn products, systems, and processes.
