What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Representative, you'll work directly with customers while representing a variety of client campaigns throughout the Tampa area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building positive relationships through face-to-face customer interactions.
- Representing client products, services, or charitable initiatives professionally.
- Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Providing accurate information about current campaigns.
- Supporting customers through the registration or sales process.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Working alongside your team to achieve campaign objectives.
