Director of Surgical Services

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days | 40 hours/week
Salary: $95,000–$135,000 based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to oversee daily operations of the surgery department, including Pre-Op, PACU, OR, Central Processing, and orthopedic/general surgery outreach clinics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
• Active Minnesota RN license
• BLS & ACLS
• Minimum 3 years of surgical services experience
• 3+ years of management experience preferred
• CNOR and Master’s degree preferred
• Epic experience preferred
