About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on CT imaging experience and a strong commitment to patient care, safety, and diagnostic accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized tomography (CT) equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues
• Position patients appropriately to scan specific areas of the body
• Perform regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to help prolong the life of the X-ray tubes
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety
• Accurately interpret physicians' written scanning instructions
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and clarity
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support throughout the process

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CT Technologist
• ARRT certification in CT (or relevant state licensure)
• Strong knowledge of CT scanning protocols and radiation safety practices
