Epic HR LLC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Cross-Dock Supervisor in , Brighton,CO!

A Cross-Dock Supervisor in a cold storage facility plays a crucial role in managing the logistics operations efficiently.

Salary: $57,784 - $60K / YR

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the cross docking process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and proper storage in cold conditions.
• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff and forklift operators to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor product quality and ensure proper handling to maintain freshness and integrity in cold storage.
• Address any issues that arise during operations promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.
• Coordinate with logistics coordinators, truck drivers, and other departments to facilitate efficient inbound and outbound logistics.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, turnaround times, and accuracy of shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and operational procedures.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a cold storage environment, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Understanding of temperature-controlled logistics, food safety regulations, and inventory management practices specific to cold storage.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders effectively.
