Nursing / Therapist Recruiter

Choice Texas Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Home Health Recruiter to join our San Antonio, Texas team. We are looking for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of home health and can help us recruit and onboard, qualified clinical professionals to support our growing patient population.The ideal candidate will have direct home health experience and a proven track record recruiting clinical staff, including LVNs, RNs, Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).

Schedule:
Full-Time- in office
Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay :$20.00- $23.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities:

• RecruitingRecruit qualified LVNs, RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, and other home health professionals.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to determine qualifications, availability, geographic coverage, and fit.
• Maintain an active pipeline of clinical candidates to meet current and anticipated patient needs.
• Coordinate the hiring and onboarding process and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Develop relationships with clinicians and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with clinical and operations leadership to understand staffing priorities and urgent needs.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous home health industry experience is required.Proven experience recruiting LVNs, RNs, and/or therapy professionals (PT, OT, SLP).
• Strong understanding of home health staffing and scheduling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with clinicians and patients.
• Must be able to work in person at our San Antonio office. (This is not a remote position).
  

Strongly Preferred:

• Bilingual Spanish/English – strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in recruiting within a home health agency.
• Established knowledge of the San Antonio healthcare and home health employment market.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to work in a standard office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, as well as regular travel to client locations for meetings and business development activities. The role also requires the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally carry a laptop or presentation materials weighing up to 20 lbs.
