Warehouse Receiving Supervisor

Labor Solutions is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Receiving Supervisor to play a vital role in our receiving and inventory operations. This position oversees all aspects of offloading, receiving, and pallet transfers using our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring tasks are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently by the team. Key responsibilities include monitoring workflows, guiding team members, and enforcing company standards for food safety and workplace safety when handling perishable goods. The Receiving Supervisor is essential to maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and smooth warehouse operations.

Schedule: 1:30 AM - 10:00 AM (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Days Off: Wednesday, Sunday
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Requirements

• Basic computer skills to operate computer automated equipment and a willingness to train, learn, and excel within

MS Office as well as other IT platforms

• Basic math skills with use of a calculator

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently throughout the duration of a 8–12-hour shift

• Must be able to stand and travel assisted by equipment for the duration of a 8-12-hour shift

• Must be able to communicate written/verbal in English and Spanish

• Must be able to be within a refrigerated area for extended periods, less scheduled breaks and lunch
