Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Growing company in Irving, TX is looking for an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join their successful team. 

Customer Service Representative 

• Answering Inbound Phone Calls
• Providing Outstanding Customer Service
• Help/Assist and work with Dealers/Customers
• Data Entry – Write up and Log new orders
• Provide Basic pricing/quotes and stock availability
• Follow-up on and log contact information for orders available for pick-up
• Answer E-Mail Communication
• Problem Solve by listening and coming up with solutions or help
• Able to work in group/team setting
• Bring Energy and excitement to each interaction/phone-call
• Hours Monday – Friday
• • TBD: 7a-330p / 730a-4p / 6a-230p

Must be team oriented, task driven, energetic, bilingual, outgoing and friendly and be able to handle different types of personalities.  

Pay will be contingent on experience and interview: $18 - $20/hr.
