Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Examiner who will provide vital support by verifying data and maintaining accurate records. This role involves daily interaction with various departments and operates within a team structure reporting to a supervisor, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through effective communication over the phone and in writing
- Verify and validate customer data for accuracy
- Maintain and organize detailed records and documentation
- Determine eligibility of benefits per plan documents
- Collaborate with other departments
- Report progress and issues to the supervisor as a team member
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail
- Effective time management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn on the job through shadowing and good note taking
- Ability to handle conflict resolution efficiently
