Responsibilities:
- Assist stylists and colorists with client services including shampooing, conditioning, and rinsing
- Greet and check in clients, ensuring a warm and professional salon experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of styling stations, tools, and common areas
- Mix and apply hair color under stylist supervision
- Manage product inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle front desk duties
- Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth salon operations
Requirements:
- Passion for the beauty and hair care industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced salon environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Cosmetology school enrollment or completion is a plus
- Prior salon or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
