Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the shipping and receiving department, ensuring efficient inventory control, staff management, and adherence to safety standards. This role supervises a team of 6-15 employees to coordinate shipping and receiving processes while maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
• Supervise and support a team of 6-15 warehouse employees
• Coordinate shipping schedules and receiving activities
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation for shipments and receipts
• Train staff on procedures, equipment use, and safety

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse supervision
