Job Description

- Work individually or with a crew to provide services to all properties on assigned route
- Using hand and powered equipment, apply fertilizer, fungicides, herbicides, and aeration and seeding for pest and week control in lawns
- Diagnose lawn issues and recommend solutions
- Build relationships with customers and identify service needs
- Sell additional services to existing and prospective customers
- Keep properties clean, safe, and looking their best
- Maintain accurate service records and equipment
- Assist with training new service leaders
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record with 1+ years of driving experience
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must obtain applicable state Department of Agriculture certification within 30 days of hire
- Be able to drive long distances or an eight to nine-hour shift in company vehicle (truck/trailer) ranging between 6:30am-5:30pm (or until the job is finished)
- Operate company vehicle in compliance with federal, state, local laws, and company policy
- Follow proper safety protocols while working with equipment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Love working outdoors and staying active
- Take pride in delivering top-quality service and results customers can actually see
