Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper will maintain the exterior grounds of properties to ensure a clean, attractive, and safe environment. This role involves performing routine lawn maintenance, operating various equipment, and carrying out landscaping and seasonal tasks to preserve the aesthetic quality of the site.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging
• Operate basic hand tools, motorized equipment, and specialized landscaping tools
• Execute landscaping duties such as planting, mulching, and pruning
• Remove waste and debris from grounds and dispose of it properly
• Complete seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow clearing
• Conduct site cleanups to maintain safety and curb appeal

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in groundskeeping or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent
