Location: Gastonia, NC
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends as needed
Overtime: Required as needed

LaborMAX Staffing is urgently hiring experienced Forklift Drivers / Laborers for a Gastonia, NC opportunity. This position is ideal for a dependable worker who is comfortable operating a forklift while performing hands-on general labor in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and transloader conveyor system (training for transloader provided, experience is a plus)
• Load and unload railcars
• Perform general labor and material-handling duties
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and instructions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current forklift certification required
• Ability to perform physically demanding general labor
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with weekends as needed
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Drug screen required

Required Work Attire

Employees must provide and wear:

• Steel-toe boots
• Long pants
• Shirts with sleeves

Pay & Schedule

$18.00 per hour
Monday–Friday, with weekends and overtime required as needed.
