About the Role:
CDE Consulting Inc is looking for a motivated and ambitious Retail Account Manager to join our growing team in Houston, TX! This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in account management and sales with fully paid training provided — no prior experience required. Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with retail accounts and clients in the Houston market
- Represent client brands in retail environments through direct customer engagement and product promotion
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in customer acquisition efforts
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Participate in paid training programs to develop account management and sales skills
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop effective retail strategies
- Track and report account activity, customer feedback, and sales progress
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a professional environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting
- No prior experience necessary — full paid training is provided
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston, TX work location
