Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide in-home patient care for a home healthcare client in Albuquerque, NM. Nurses will deliver direct patient care in patients’ homes and support them in maintaining quality of life and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to assigned patients
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered
• Document care provided according to standards
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Collaborate with care team members as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license in New Mexico
• Home health experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to travel to patient homes
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Compensation : $38-$45/hour
