Job Description
Customer Support
● Respond promptly to customer phone calls and emails.
● Address inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and general account information.
● Assist with special shipment requests under the guidance of the CSR Lead or Operations Manager.
● Provide accurate and timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Order & Shipment Processing
● Review and enter customer orders into the system.
● Generate tasks and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure customer requirements are met.
● Monitor shipment schedules and assist with carrier coordination.
● Support the routing of shipments and follow up on pickups as needed.
Documentation & Data Management
● Maintain accurate and organized records of orders, communications, and shipment documentation.
● Assist with daily data collection for customer billing.
● Update SKU information in the system as needed (add, edit, inactivate).
● Support preparation of KPI and End-of-Day shipment reports.
