We are seeking a Powder Coating Painter Trainee.

No Experience Required, Only Willingness to Learn and be Trained!

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday - Friday

Job Description:

Operate electrostatic spray equipment.

Apply dry protective and decorative powder finishes to metal parts.

The role involves:

Surface preparation.

Hanging parts on conveyor lines.

Executing color changes.

Managing oven cure cycles.

Inspecting finished components for uniform coverage and quality.
