Machine Shop Inspector

Day to day activities:

● Following our quality control plan, inspect assemblies utilizing various mechanical tools and equipment and a range of inspection techniques

● Work closely with the Product Quality team to ensure timely inspections are conducted to aid with the proper inspection of parts and materials needed for production

● Provide documentation and communication of product inspection results

● Perform part level inspections, as required on both mechanical and electrical components

● Provide feedback and look for opportunities for improvement in our quality control processes

● Be able to adhere to and support MRB processes

● Support with inline sorting associated with quality issues, as required

● Help manage calibration requirements both for quality inspection area and for equipment on the manufacturing line

● Maintain a clean, well organized work space in line with 5S standards

● Follow health and safety requirements at all times and bring to light safety concerns as soon as they arise

● Perform other related duties as requested by the Product Quality team
