Customs Entry Specialist (U.S. Imports)

Role Overview

The Customs Entry Specialist is responsible for processing U.S. Customs entries and supporting Mexican Customs clearance activities. This role requires accuracy, speed, and strong compliance awareness. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining high-quality work.

First 90 Days – What Success Looks Like

• Completion of all mandatory training.
• Completion of training required for C1 system access.
• Ability to independently process entries and meet monthly targets.
• Understanding of internal workflows, KPIs, and communication expectations.

Workload Expectations

• Monthly Target: ~120 customs entries.
• Work Split: 50% U.S. Customs / 50% Mexican Customs.
• Accounts: Number varies depending on achieving the 120-entry monthly target.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent U.S. Customs brokerage experience — required.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to learn new processes.
