Hotel Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager to lead daily operations at Sonesta Simply Suites, a mid-scale extended-stay hotel known for comfort and simplicity. If you're passionate about guest service, team leadership, and hotel efficiency—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all hotel operations: front desk, housekeeping, maintenance
• Ensure exceptional service and clean, well-maintained rooms
• Build lasting relationships with long-term guests
• Train, lead, and support your team to deliver on Sonesta standards
• Monitor financial performance and manage payroll, inventory, and cost controls
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain brand compliance and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of hotel management experience (extended-stay a plus)
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Comfortable with hotel tech and property management systems (PMS)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
• High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred
