Cable Cut

ResourceMFG has an exciting opportunity for Cable Cutters – Tampa Bay Area – 1st or 2nd Shift

A company dedicated to the manufacturing and assembly of fiber optic cables is seeking Cable Cutters for the first or second shift. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in physical labor and handling heavy materials.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday

• 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, or
• 3:30 PM to 12AM

Alternating shifts of 4 days, 10 hours a day. The following week of 5 days, 8 hours a day

Pay Rate

$16.00 per hour

Job Requirements

• Ability to read and correctly use a ruler and/or measuring tape, as the job requires accurately measuring and cutting cables.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, as cables are handled on heavy spools.
• Good physical condition to perform active work throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to follow instructions, cutting specifications, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with quality standards.
• Availability to work overtime when needed.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, or other physically demanding jobs is highly desirable, but not required (training will be provided).
