Press Machine Operator

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in industrial production, is seeking a Press Machine Operator to join their team. As a Press Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Machine Operator

Location: Halstead, KS

Pay Range: 17.50–19.44/hr

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th 

What's the Job?

• Operate and set up hydraulic presses to ensure efficient production
• Monitor machines during operation and perform basic troubleshooting as needed
• Follow safety procedures and adhere to production guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Assist team members in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality standards

What's Needed?

• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, machines, or similar equipment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable, team-focused work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
