Line Cook / Prep Cook - Now Hiring

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team.

We are seeking team members who work well in a fast paced environment, care about food quality, and can stay organized during busy service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before and during service
• Cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• Work grill, fryer, prep, and assembly stations
• Portion and prepare meats, vegetables, sauces, and toppings
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies throughout the shift
• Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
• Receive and properly store food deliveries
• Communicate with other kitchen team members during service

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
• Grill, flat top, fryer, or prep experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Positive attitude and team mentality
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move kitchen supplies as needed
• California Food Handler Card required or must be obtained after hiring
