Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Valid active license, minimum of 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience, flexible in location requirements, and current certification if applicable
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy in a similar setting, prior outpatient outpatient experience is preferred
- Additional Information: The assignment begins on 09/07/2026 and concludes on 12/05/2026. The process includes credentialing requirements, and equipment will be provided during the interview. The project involves setting up documentation directly with the organization outside of the clearance packet before being eligible to start.
