Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Clinical Nurse Specialist in PHOENIX, Arizona. This role involves performing prescribed specialized radiographic procedures in accordance with department policies, ensuring quality patient care and safety. The position requires collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver efficient, high-quality interventional radiology services.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) national certification; state licensure if applicable; BLS certification; at least 2 years of clinical experience in radiologic procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience are preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves performing radiographic diagnostic/interventional procedures with proper patient education, maintaining equipment quality control, adhering to radiation safety policies, and supporting department workflow. The incumbent may assist or supervise support staff and students.
